Chevron Belt "Home Made" - Customised - We can put chevrons on all belting types

With our VulcaBeast presses, we can make, in after-vulcanisation, hot vulcanised chevrons on nearly all belt types, also for short lengths or wide belts :

• VBLC : "Low Chevron", height chevrons 15 mm. Chevron widths : 350, 650, 915, 1185  and 1390 mm

• VBHC : "High Chevron", height chevrons 30 mm. Chevron widths : 350, 650, 915, 1185  and 1390 mm
• For VBLC and VBHC : minimum belt width : 500 mm, maximum belt width 2000 mm
• For VBLC and VBHC : pitch chevrons 330 mm (3 per meter)
• Hardness chevrons (after vulcanisation) : 55 sh A
